Benjamin Kyte
Benjamin Kyte is a Policy Advisor focused on government relations and public affairs, with experience spanning real estate development and construction/infrastructure. His work centers on stakeholder engagement, policy alignment, and the intersection of private-sector projects with public-sector priorities and economic development initiatives.
Mr. Kyte earned a B.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology (2022), majoring in International Business and Sociology/Anthropology, and an M.S. in Management from The George Washington University (2023). He completed internships in Government Relations and Public Affairs with former Congressman Dennis A. Cardoza and with Saxa Innovation, where he supported policy research, engagement efforts, and government relations work.
Before transitioning into public affairs, Mr. Kyte worked in commercial real estate and construction, where he asset-managed multiple tier-one buildings in the DMV region and contributed to government-subsidized housing projects in New York State. Drawing on his experience across government relations, real estate development, and construction and infrastructure, he brings a practical, policy-informed perspective to projects from early-stage planning through execution.
